This technical relief includes:

• Equipment collection, laptop or desktop (only CPU), or pOS (only cpu or integrated terminal). The packaging has to be prepared by you being careful so that during the shipment there is no breakage. Remember that any damage during the transport of one way by a bad packaging will be exclusively your responsibility.
• Formatting and reinstalling the operating system. It is important that before sending it you back up any file that may be important as everything you have on your computer, laptop or pOS it'll be erased.
• The installation of the operating system will be about the license you have.
• If you have a license, you can select one during the purchase process. If you choose to purchase without a license and do not have any, we will simply format the computer.
• Ports back, we will send you the equipment once solved and solved
• You will have phone and remote support for three months after the breakdown.

If the computer doesn't turn on or has a hardware-identified problem we recommend you first make the purchase of the sexpress support for our technicians to evaluate if formatting and reinstallation is positive.

From the purchase to the return of the equipment will take about 4 or 5 working days.
