7.- Delivery of products

8.- Right of withdrawal

9.- Breach of stock

For all disputes or litigation arising out of the interpretation and/or enforcement thereof, the Parties expressly and voluntarily submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Estonia, renouncing their own jurisdiction, if any.
