To pick up your orders at any post office, it's very simple:
- Place your order normally and complete the shopping cart.
- When you check out, it will ask for your usual address because it's mandatory for user registration
- On the next screen, select "Postal collection" and there you can select the province and office where you want to collect your order. If you prefer, you can select on the map the office that is best suited to pick up your order.
- Select the available payment method (no reimbursement option at post office).
We will also keep you informed at all times of the status of your order and you will receive an SMS from the post office once your order is available to pick up.
