Defective product.

You can claim that a product is defective within two years (three years in Spain if the product warranty states so) from the date of receipt of the product. The duration of the warranty shall be that offered by the manufacturer at the time of purchase and shall be recorded in the documentation supplied.

For any incident, first consult the product documentation, e.g. the user guide for suggestions on troubleshooting or contact the manufacturer. If the product is defective and has a valid warranty, the processing of guarantees, replacements or refunds will have no extra value. Any processing will be free for you.

 

Product damaged during shipment.
